While this hasn't improved my ability to lucid dream on demand, it most definitely has a really big effect on my imagination and dreams. Within an hour or so of taking the pills, if I haven't fallen asleep, my imagination starts creating some really cool stuff while I'm laying in bed with my eyes closed. And in my dreams, I have some really vivid and crazy stuff going on. It hasn't improved my ability to lucid dream on demand, it still only happens randomly for me -- and always when I'm not 'trying' to lucid dream. Usually when I'm very tired, or I wake up and fall back asleep naturally after about 4 or 5 hours of sleep. If I 'try' to lucid dream or set my alarm to wake up in 5 hours, it won't happen. Very disconcerting! But at least with the lucid dreaming fast track, my dreams are always very vivid, and I can keep lucidity for a good amount of time when I do have a lucid dream.
I feel absolutely fabulous! 2capsules, I flew all night long. Yes, I got my full lucid dream experience for the first time. Highly recommended.
Claridream pro definitely increases dream recall. First time trying it, I only took a capsule and it made me remember 4 of my dreams! There's not much difference when taking 2 capsules for me. Haven't been lucid so far, but I've had a semi lucid dream.
So, I have taken claridream 3 times now. I was able to remember my dreams and my dreams felt more intense. I also tried to just take a capsule before I went to sleep and it was awesome. It felt like I could fall asleep in a more aware state of mind, like jumping right in my dreams. I will try it again soon and I will share my experience.
Now I am even more excited about writing my journal and prepare myself for getting lucid.
I really do like ClariDream, primarily because it works! The first time a took it, I couldn't get back to sleep because it had made me too "lucid" to fall asleep again. Instead, I enjoyed the display of hypnagogic images until morning, as ClariDream continued trying to turn these visions into dreams.
The second attempt came a week later, again with the recommended two capsules after 5 hours sleep. But again, I quickly became too pleasantly "lucid" to return to sleep.
So the next week, I did NOT set my alarm. Instead, I let myself naturally wake up after 3.5 hours, and took the two capsules then. This new technique worked right away. I quickly returned to sleep and knew I was dreaming! That night, my "tests" and dream-experiments were a bit awkward, but only because such lucid dreaming is new to me; kinda like driving a car for the first time.
I'm well pleased and excited about the future, because I know it works now, having made me lucid through several different dreams that same night. And I know it will only get better as I learn more how to work with my ClariDream-induced lucid dreams. I believe I will soon be lucid dreaming just naturally, all the time.
