At 78, I take two of these a week instead of the one as prescribed. I only get Lucid Dreams on occasion, but I have waking dreams every morning since I started in on this product and expect I will eventually experience recurring lucidity as the present experience mirrors the same progression of my younger days of dreaming. I've also given out a half dozen of these to relatives and they make for interesting gifts for continuing feedback

These are interesting, with a sound technique alongside I have achieved lucid dreams! And I have also experienced colourful non lucid dreams. As a support to dreaming in general these definitely help, they seem to bring that ever elusive window of lucidity within arms reach!

I'm not one to remember any dreams at all, and I did find this product worked very well, even better than Silene Capensis tincture. I'm having involved and complex dreams and now it's the complexity that I have a hard time capturing as opposed to getting nothing at all.

I give this product a 5-star review because it absolutely does as much for boosting lucidity and dream clarity as a supplement should expected to. I use it about twice a week and become lucid almost ever time I do. Even when I do not, I find my dreams are significantly more intense and memorable than normal. In other words, it absolutely "works"; it is absolutely not a gimmick or placebo or hoax or any such thing.
However, all customers should be warned: Expecting too much of supplements can lead to using them as a crutch and therefore slacking off on the other, more essential elements of LD practice, such as doing reality checks and incubating intentions before sleep. If you take this product to be a magic bullet, and slack off on your actual LD practice once you have it, your journey will backslide instead of progressing. So use it as a "supplement" to your efforts and discipline; and it will definitely give you an extra boost!

This product is great! dreams are crazy vivid and you can get multiple dreams in a night. This is the second bottle I have purchased! totally recommended!

The claridream pro works as advertised. The only problem is as it is with all self improvement products. You have to implement the product! The exclamation point is for me not you. I have used it only a couple of times and it works very well. So I am frustrated with myself for not using it more consistently. Hopefully I will be able to give you a more complete review soon.

4th night had a lucid dream first one since I was a teenager I also was doing regular reality checks and writing in my dream journal I suggest to anyone trying it to be doing the same and it work I'm very happy and will be getting more and I live in Canada I got it in ten days wish is pretty good and also excellent customer service 😊

It seems to work. no lucid dreams yet. However, vivid dreams which I tend to remember when I wake up. Good product.

If you follow the instructions it does help remember dreams!

As a long time practicer of dreaming... and always striving to remember my dreams... and to practice better and better lucid dreaming.... I was BLOWN AWAY by how well ClariDream works!!! I first used the technique of going to sleep for 4-5 hours, waking up and going back to sleep in the mid-80
s when I used the material in "Seth Speaks". Also, I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist so I understand and use the technique of fractionation.

Always up to try something new in the dream arena, I couldn't wait to order this supplement and try it.... I was in Mexico City and ordered it online... knowing I would have it in Santa Barbara when I got home in a week.

So the first night I tried it I had dream upon dream upon dream upon dream!! And in each successive dream I would say to myself (about the previous dream)..."Oh, that was a dream." I am still working on lucid dreaming, using ClariDream, as I believe once you understand you can 'be awake' in your dreams, understand in that moment that you ARE dreaming, then you can best begin to start manipulating that dream.... designing it, as if you were in a magic land and whatever you decided to bring into it, whatever you decided would happen next, DOES happen!!! This is very powerful as you can begin to bring any knowledge back from the sleep ethers!

So, I fully give this product a triple thumbs up!!! I am being very careful with it and ONLY take it, at the most, once a week,,,, or maybe waiting 10 days... to be sure I have nothing to do the next day.... that I'm in a good mood... that I know no one is going to disturb this practice. I take my dream play (work!) very seriously and I am thrilled I have found this supplement.

The first time I took Clarifeam pro I had a very vivid dream that I remembered in the morning and every time I use it I get great results. A highly recommended product.

After taking the pills as instructed (after 5 hours of sleep) and going back to bed, my dreams are twice as vivid and easy to notice. I've gotten close to having lucid dreams but every time it happens I accidentally try to move my real body instead of my dream body and wake up, but I find it easy to go back to sleep and dream again after waking (as I fall asleep, more colors and patterns appear before my eyes than usual, and I can nearly feel myself being pulled into my mental world). I find it helps to get involved with the dream scenario instead of trying to change it directly (continuing your current activity while increasing awareness).

Hello ladies and gentlemen, I've been practicing lucid dreaming as well as meditation for 3 years now. first and foremost I'd like to say that this product exceeded my expectations significantly. My first night using it I was consistently lucid from the time I fell back asleep, through multiple awakenings until finally getting out of bed. They weren't kidding when they mentioned dream vividness increasing. In one night, I did everything from parkour over rooftops, travel FTL through space and visit planets built by my subconscious to visiting my childhood dogs who've sinced passed. Despite knowing it wasn't really them, they behaved just as I'd imagined they would including small details I'd thought I'd forgotten about.

Onto the product! It lives up to it's advertising about increasing dream clarity, I am more likely (though not flawlessly) able to lucid dream on them with a success rate of about 70% so far after using a third of the pills; up from my normal 20-30%. Where it really shines is in dream recall and the quality and length of these lucid dreams. My usual ones typically only last 20-30 minutes, sometimes a little longer. Though time can be difficult to judge exactly.

There is one minor downside that shouldn't affect most people. I'm a very light sleeper, something as simple as a mosquito hovering close to me or my wife breathing a little louder than usual will keep me awake.

That being said, these pills seem to have a stimulating affect that often makes it take longer for me to fall back asleep, sometimes up to a few hours. Because of this, I typically won't use them if I have to work the next day.

For best use, don't use them on consecutive nights as you won't get the same boost the second time around.

This definitely gave me a lucidity boost, I have some experience with quite a few lucid dreams already although I've not practiced in a while. I followed the supplement directions and had the most prolonged lucid dreams I've had in my life. When one would end I'd go right into another, it seems my awareness was amplified. Definitely the best lucid dreaming supplement I've tried (not that I've tried very many)

I was a bit sceptical at first I must say.
I followed the instructions and took two pills, then drifted back to sleep.
It started slowly. Then the dreams slowly got more and more insane (In terms of events).
From my personal experience, it felt like I spent at least a few days in the dream world because I had experienced so much.
One instance I was recording a movie, next instance I was washing my house and had a really big bathtub. The next instance I was in a mortal combat type of deathmatch, then I was fighting off some space invaders whilst running at the speed of a bughatti Veyron. All thanks to these doodads!
The only downside for me was that it felt like I would never wake up, of course I knew I would, but the feeling still felt intense.

Either way, they deliver what they promise! 5/5

Been trying to Lucid dream for months. I tried Claridream several times without results. However I kept using it and eventually did have a lucid dream. It needs to be used after 5 hours of sleep and you need to use some sort of lucid induction method before going to bed for it to work though. I visualized what I wanted to do in my dream and set a clear intention, and just like that it worked for me. It does seem to always mess up my stomach a bit, but that's a small side affect to have a lucid dream as far as I'm concerned! I highly recommend trying it out.

I was a bit skeptical when i first read about this product, but it works like a charm! The first time i used it, i dreamt i was in bed trying to fall asleep. It was so real, i was not even aware i was dreaming.

As most of you know, this product was on back order for a few months and this was the reason i tried everything else Amazon offers to enhance the world of dreams, as i just missed that incredible lucidity Claridream PRO gives, but nothing worked, and sure enough, the very first night i finally received my order, i got lucid. I take two purple ones (by the way, thank you for keeping it the original color!) before sleep, as it is the only way it works for me. I’ve always dreamed often and but during the first night of trying Claridream I noticed a big difference in the brightness of color and clarity of detail in my dreams.

I was skeptical at the time of initially ordering but have not only had an overflow of dreams & REM sleep since taking your product but have awakened feeling I have gotten 10 hrs of sleep when I use ClariDream Pro after as little as 6 actual hours. I will be ordering the 3 pack or 5 pack next ordering.

Wow. Over the past few months, I've had some really cool experiences with Claridream PRO. I've had my longest lucid dreams thanks to this nifty supplement and it's crazy how much more vivid things become. The only downside is that I shouldn't use this more than once a week because it's so powerful! All in all, it's an amazing supplement that's supported my lucid dreaming adventure!

Make sure you have the time and have a normal sleep schedule. It didn't work for me the first time because I had recently changed my sleep schedule and I couldn't go back to sleep after waking up 5 hours to take the pills. I just laid in bed for 2 hours. I tried again a week after with a normal sleep schedule and it worked! I had very vivid dreams and even a lucid one!

The company was a joy to deal with and tried to help me with suggestions; even upping to 3 pills didn't work, alas, and they cheerfully refunded my purchase. I'm glad I tried it!

I received Claridream pro a few days ago after a long period of waiting and some difficultys in customs. I was smitten with the colour 😀. And yes, I tried it. I observed some dream images and I thought "Ha, it works! ".

I had a lucid dream the first night that i took Claridream pro. This was very unexpected because i had stopped practicing Lucid dreaming techniques for at least a week and hadn't become lucid in about the same amount of time. When i became lucid i was inside a bank and i left the bank onto a high street and i could immediately tell that the dream characters had more of an individual personality than usual. I didnt need to do any steps to stabilize the dream which i usually do, i felt like the Claridream pro had auto-Stabilized the dream for me and made everything more vivid. At a later point in the dream it was very dark and i could see the sun on the horizon behind some clouds. i thought i need the sun to shine over this place so that I can see where i am and so that the dream is bright and colourful. I then put my hand in front of me focused on the sun and slowly raised my hand into the air. As my hand raised so did the sun until it was high in the sky and the dreamscape became covered in light. I looked around and i was standing on beautiful floating islands in the sky. I wanted to get a better view of this place so i started flying upwards to get higher ground and i looked to my left and there was a giant purple wizard-like tower. i got to the top and it towered over the world below. I looked around and i had never before witnessed a dreamscape so colourful and amazing. I never anticipated how amazing this product would be. 5/5

The trickiest part is getting the technique right. The first time I tried it I was too excited to fall back asleep! It's effects are extraordinary. I felt a shift in my psych about 20 minutes in, then fell asleep. I didn't lucid dream, however the length and detail far exceeded those of a regular night. 10/10 would recommend. Great job guys!!!

Really awesome results, had some really vivid dreams! Still a newbie to lucid dreaming but this product is definitely helps with dream recall and vividness!

I have tried it 3 times now and each time I have had a colorful, vivid, lucid dream (but I do practice lucid dreaming). The first time I took 2 and it seemed a little too strong. I had many short dreams in a short time period. They were all vivid, some were lucid but it was hard to manage. The second time I took 1 and it worked much better. I had a good pretty vivid lucid dream and it was easy to remember. The last time, I took one pill and split it into 3 capsules then I took a total of 1 + 1/3 of a pill. This was the best time. It was very vivid, everything seemed as realistic as real life, lasted a long time and was easier to remember when I woke up. Here is the very short version.

I started out at a conference (ill skip this part) and when I left, I tired to run but ended up skipping. I would end up airborne for like 15ft at a time and I realized this must be a dream. I jumped and flew into the air for a little while around my collage campus. I land and remember that I wanted to practice using different super powers. I want to try using “The Iron Fist” from the marvel tv show since I had been watching it that day. I squeeze my hand into a fist and a small yellow light emits from it. Not much, but when I jump into the air and punch the ground as I land, it creates a shockwave that knocks a couple people’s hats off around me. It also leaves a small crater in the sidewalk. I try this out on a metal bench and a tree. The bench gets knocked out of the ground on one side and I punched a hole in the tree. The iron fist woks just fine and its very cool to play with. I ended up staying in the dream for quite a long time before waking up.

I have tried a couple other dreaming supplements in the past such as Calea Z and Mugwart. Those both work well but this was my favorite, partly because it seemed to relax me and help me sleep where the other two felt like drinking a cup of coffee and trying to go back to bed (especially Calea Z).
