Shipping

We try our very best to ship all orders placed before 1pm on the same day.

All supplements are shipped from our distribution center in the US.

US domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Delivery time is typically 1-3 days, depending on where you are located.

Delivery on totems and masks is typically 12-20 working days. These are sent separately to supplements you may have ordered.

International orders from the following countries are shipped via an international delivery service that includes tracking:

Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Postal tracking on other international locations is not available.

We do not ship to these countries, due to local laws and regulations:

Australia, Argentinia, Estonia, Finland, Italy, South Africa, UAE, France, Brazil, Germany, 

We are not responsible for customs practices or import fees in your country. You should check that the ingredients in our products are lawful in your country and any applicable tariffs before placing an order.

Returns Policy

Supplement orders of 1 bottle are eligible for a refund if we are notified within 30 days of the purchase date.The refund amount will be the amount paid minus the actual cost of shipping and a $6 handling fee. Please contact us on team@claridream.com explaining why you are not happy with your order.

Supplement orders of more than 1 bottle are eligible for a refund once all additional bottles are returned to us unopened and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. The refund amount will be the amount paid minus the actual cost of shipping and a $6 handling fee.

Returns Procedure

First email team@claridream.com with the words Return Request in the subject along with a brief description of why you are returning the product.

Please obtain a tracking number (this is your proof that you returned the product).

Ship all returns to CONSUMER ESSENTIALS LLC, Returns Department, 807 Airport Access Road, Unit D, Traverse City, MI 49686.

We will credit your original payment method within 3 days of receiving the returned products.
