But once again, the oldest wisdom on Earth is often the best.
To feel like you’re really on top of the day, get a head-start on it!
Imagine how much easier life would be if you had two extra hours every day. You'd be able to organize your day, check your emails and sneak in a quick workout - all before breakfast.
So try going to bed 2 hours earlier and getting up 1-2 hours earlier.
