Absolutely amazing!!

I have been using this for the last few months. I normally need rx sleep aids to sleep, but not any longer. This stuff is AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who has trouble sleeeoing and staying asleep. Plus I wake up everyday feeling refreshed. I have told so many people about these products, including my sleep specialist. He wants to try it also so he can recommend it to his patients. I absolutely LOVE this product!!!

This stuff simply works. Twenty to thirty minutes after taking it an intense but inviting drowsiness sets in. It calls you to turn off the TV or lay aside your bedtime reading and dive into a solid, confident sleep. It leaves no heavy, dragging feeling the next day. Its good stuff!

Doesn't work for me

One star is not fair and only reason is because it didn't work for me. It doesn't mean that your product is not ok for some other people. My sleeping pattern didn't change at all. Maybe this is because I have for more than 20 years atypical insomnia with unregularly sleeping-waking rhythm during the night so your product can't help here. Maybe is better for easier cases or in case of temporary insomnia. All the best!
